As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 02 guests $25 per person, per night.

House Rules

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed.

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

All devices are to be ON at all times, if WiFi is disconnected by guests, a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged.

The quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m.

No smoking in the house.

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

We stayed for a month. The location of this property is incredible and is truly walking distance from so much. The host was also very responsive. We were a little disappointed with the maintenance of the property for the price point. First of all, much of the house was dusty to the point that we had to clean on arrival (including some pots/pans). There were also spiderwebs everywhere. The trash was also not taken out by the host (as described it would be), so we both had to deal with trash from the previous guest and take out the trash ourselves. In addition, the outdoor couch was dirty/stained and much of the house requires maintenance. For example, some of the lights don't work, doors creak very loudly, and smoke detectors unplugged, etc. Parking was also a little annoying. You have to park cars in line, so we frequently had to car shuffle. With all that said, the property/neighborhood are in an incredible location, but the price is probably high for the value of the property.

It was not a perfect place to stay, but it fulfilled everything you need. You have enough space, you have your own garden (even a lime tree) and the location of the place is phenomenal (Los Altos is one of the better places so stay) There were some minor things which added up quickly, which was the reason why I give 4 Stars and not 5 Stars. One issue I had was, that the electricity where the microwave was connected to did not work (maybe I was too stupid to find a switcher somewhere, but had to replace microwave to use it) Another issue was that some of the smoke detectors had low batteries, which was a bit annoying. Another thing missing was a vacuum cleaner, so the place is hard to keep clean. Other than that, I do think it is a nice place, if the host could solve those things, then you do find a pristine gem. The furniture and the interior is a bit outdated, but you cannot expect a high class top of the shelve furnishing for that price. I 100% recommend it and would rebook.

I am totally satisfied with my stay at this property. Very cozy, nice location, comfortable beds. It was super quiet, really comfortable to sleep and to stay at this house. The host, Wendy, is super responsive and was always ready to help, always answered all the questions really fast. Overall, would definitely recommend it!
