CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($5,000 USD) — NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed. Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies. Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction. Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed. — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issue during your stay, please it bring to our attention. We are happy to assist right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checking out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night. To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. We appreciate that you ask for approval if you have visitors. We kindly remind you that this is a no-event or party listing. We have a strict no-smoking policy. Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval. The quiet hours start at 09:00 p.m. Do not use towels to remove makeup or refrain from any activities that would stain them. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet. Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling. We are committed to Rent Responsibly and with standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume level throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay.
