As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues right away. Any refund on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $25 per person, per night.

House Rules

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors.  Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. 

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.
 
All devices are to be ON at all times, if WiFi is disconnected by guests,  a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged.  

The quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m.  

No smoking in the house.  

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet. 

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

GOOD: * Excellent communication! Very responsive and proactively provided all information needed before and during my stay. * House was clean inside and outside. * Modern design and appliances in the kitchen and bathrooms. * Moderately quiet neighborhood. * Convenient location. Issues to note: * None of the bedrooms have a dresser or shelves to store clothes. * The master bedroom shower looks nice and modern, but is very poorly designed for water management. A lot of water escapes from the shower onto the bathroom floor. * None of the showers have a soap dish. * More towel hooks or bars in the bathrooms would be nice. * The pre-school playground across the street is quite loud in the mornings during their recess.

Alles hat hervorragend geklappt, keinerlei Probleme beim einchecken etc., es war alles notwendige vorhanden und verfügbar (mehr als zu erwarten war). Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, hatte 3 Badezimmer und 4 Schlafzimmer, für uns als 5-köpfige Familie perfekt. Die Terrasse war noch nicht fertig und dementsprechend nicht so gemütlich, aber auf Grund des Wetters war das für uns irrelevant. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, eine tolle Unterkunft

Great place to stay if you need to be in South Bay. Quiet peaceful functional, responsive host has everything you need. Have to get around by car or Uber not much stuff around.

fairly clean, though the corners and front fencing could do with a little extra cleaning. limited cooking tools and no serving spoons. owners very responsive to inquiries. house is right next to an elementary school so be aware of possible traffic. fairly close to freeways and express ways for easy access to South Bay. dining table seats 5 comfortably. dining room, living room, and kitchen combine to make one large common area. light switches for this area may not be intuitive. 3 bedrooms in back have comfortable beds and lots of closet space. garage has been converted into an incredibly spacious 4th bedroom that is two steps down from rest of house. has back patio area with no furniture. wifi seems to have decent speed. restaurants are near by though not necessarily within walking distance.
