This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

PARKING:
Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road. Guests are welcome to park one car in the garage, and one car in the left-side driveway of the unit. The right-side parking is for other unit.

Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no-pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.

Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

The house is very clean and well maintained! AC worked amazing! The only thing to be aware of is you only have the left half of the driveway and the garage for parking because there is a second unit that will use the side gate as an entrance and will park on the right side of the driveway. It is not in the description.

The house is in a gated community, so it’s very private, quiet and safe. Very new and very clean. We were a group of three people and we stayed there for a 5-day business trip. The experience was decent and satisfying. The instructions were very clear, but if you are using Apple Map ONLY without referring to the map provided by the owner then you may spend some time locating the property since Apple Map doesn’t show every road in the community and number pattern in the community is kinda complicated. It’s a pity that the country club was closed during our stay and there is no sign of reopen any time soon. If you are headed to North Shore, there is no way you could drive through the northwestern tip of O’ahu since there is no paved roads around Kaena Point, which is a state park and a sacred place for indigenous people where local government has no plans to build paved roads to protect the area. One-way trip to Honolulu city center, or Waikiki could take an hour, depending on traffic.

We had a great stay. 9/10!!! We felt right at home. This house has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Such a nice house and in a beautiful neighborhood! We’re originally from HI so we knew what to expect from the area of the island. We really wanted to be where the beautiful sunsets were and near the beach! Now there’s only a couple things I would change to make this stay a 10/10…. The first is that the house has paper thin walls so if anyone is in the connected unit “B” you will hear their conversations almost echo a certain part of the house. 2… the parking situation could’ve been better but we’re thankful for what we got and you’re pre warned. Overall we loved it here and may be back if it’s available during our next visit!
