CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 02 guests $25 per person, per night. To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!
House Rules
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Exterior security cameras in place, check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval. All devices are to be ON at all times, if WiFi is disconnected by guests, a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged. The quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m. No smoking in the house. Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet. Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling. "Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. We care about maintaining good relationships with our community, we appreciate that you follow our "house rules" during your stay. We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Pros: Brand new house, new furniture, everything new. Kitchen fully equipped. Great neighborhood. Cons: New construction dirt. You get charcoal feet. No outside furniture, no grill Neighbours told us they are not allowed to rent this property on Airbnb due to neighborhood rules. No AC, doors and windows don’t open and close properly. Issues with light No local owner or manager. You communicate to a void and every issue goes through multiple people to get fixed and it may never get fixed (AC for us) We spent 6 weeks in 80-90+ degrees with no AC. First, Wendy asked us to debug the issues, then, contacted a local manger who finally sent a technician. After hours and hours till 11pm, and multiple visits they did not fix the problem. The owner wanted to deal with the builder. Brought fans instead They fixed the lights , windows , the door and the mail box but AC did not get fixed. We spent 6 weeks in construction site! Technicians every day to fix something. I will neve go back
