Please send our team a message prior to booking this home. Please do not request a reservation without speaking with the Home Manager. Please note that you may be asked to sign supplemental terms prior to entry of the property depending on the booking platform you are booking on. Signing these terms is required before entry is given. Additionally, you may be asked to pay for your credit card processing fee after booking. In an effort to keep our properties in good condition and to maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood, we have a few rules in place. It is important to understand these, so please be sure to read the descriptions of each rule as well. No parties. No visitors. No unapproved guests. All guest names must be submitted prior to booking. We may request a government-issued photo ID from the person who booked, plus everyone on the guest list. If you want to have a guest, then you will need to submit their names prior to booking. A guest is anyone who will spend any amount of time at the property. So, please let us know if you want to have guests and, if so, then how many. We are very strict on our guest policy because it helps us maintain a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. It also helps us stay well within the limits of the law. If a property goes over capacity, then we will become at risk of losing our permit and we will have to ask you to leave. No pets unless proof is provided that the pets are service pets. We, out of principle, do not allow any pets. However, due to the American Disabilities Act, we are required by law to accept service pets if a guest does in fact have a service pet. No smoking, vaping, or the like Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 41.50 B 18 b High Brush Fire Zone | Prevent Wildfires | It’s the LAW You are in a high brush fire zone. Smoking outdoors or inside is strongly prohibited. We also prohibit the use of vapes, e-cigarettes, and the like. We have state of the art smoke detectors that are hypersensitive to all vapors and gases. If the alarms in these detectors are set off, then it will notify the fire department and we will be charged $500. And if we find out that the alarm was caused by some infraction of our rules, then the person who triggered the alarm will be charged $500. Keep noise to a minimum between 10:00pm and 7:00am Once again, this is to help us maintain the peaceful atmosphere for all of the guests at the property and a peaceful presence within the neighborhood. Day of Arrival: During check-in, only the person who has made the booking can be checked in and only the person who has made the booking will be asked to confirm their identity by showing the host their physical ID. Again, this is to verify that the person who has arrived is, in fact, the person on the booking. So, please work with us as we follow our safety procedures and work to maintain a secure environment. Check-In: Early check-in is based upon availability and will need to be approved by our team. Please keep this in mind as the day of your arrival approaches. If you are arriving later than 6pm, please reach out to our team for approval. Check Out: 10:00am. Late checkout is based upon availability and needs to be approved in advance. Our late check-out fee is $100 for every hour after 10:00am. Additionally, if you want to check-out after 12:00 pm, then you will need to pay a fee equal to one full day. Please keep this in mind as the day of your departure approaches. Pool/hot tub: Please never leave children unattended near or in the pool/hot tub. No life guard on duty. Do not have glassware near the pool/hot tub areas. If glass is found in the pool/hot tub you will be charged a $1000 fee. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside. Additionally, keeping the glassware away from these areas has three benefits: (1) it helps keep the pool/spa functional and clean, (2) it prevents you from having to pay for any damages, and (3) it helps prevent injury. So, please use our plasticware to acquire the three benefits and let us know if the kitchen does not have the plasticware. Lastly, please do not throw away the plasticware because they are not disposable. Please just wash them by hand and store them away. Cleanliness: We increased our cleaning to include wiping down of all surfaces with very hot water in addition to professional grade disinfectant cleaners. We wash all towels and linens regardless of their appearance: we will wash them whether or not they appear to be used - believe it or not many hotels/rentals do not do that. We are making sure all door handles and high touchpoint areas are all being given extra attention. Our staff wears masks, gloves, and shoe coverings when they are inside of the home. We have always had very high cleaning standards and are proud to say that these standards go above and beyond what the CDC recommends. When you are departing the property, please make sure that you do not leave anything behind. Our team is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Items. If our team finds a lost item, we will ship it back to the guest. The guest will be responsible for paying the shipping cost plus a $50 service fee. CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. NO Refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — Extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.
House Rules
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. Please check the guest count at the time of your reservation. Ask for approval, if you have visitors. Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. All devices are to be ON at all times, if WIFI is disconnected by guests, a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged. Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval. Quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m. No smoking in the house. Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling. Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet.
