CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies to each platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website. Security Deposit ($500 USD) — As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 per person, per night. To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!

The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m. Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet. Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling. We are committed to Rent Responsibly and with standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Beautiful place! The balcony and wall to ceiling windows gave to a beautiful view. Very modern furniture and appliances. Loved having the washer and dryer in the unit.

The view was great and definitely walkable. The space itself was modern and clean. It’s a two bedroom with 3 beds (one king in a smaller room and two queens in the larger master bedroom) however the living space was one couch and a chair. I thought it might have been more comfy if there were two couches. Dining area was adequate and had seating for 4. I appreciated the new and clean washer and dryer! The building was quiet and the parking was easy and convenient. All in all it was perfect for our family (two adults and two kids) and we would definitely return to Christine’s if we are in Long Beach again.
