Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no-pet policy. Pets are not allowed in this property. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night. To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!

House location was in a completely safe, gated (and 24-hour guarded) community that looked very new. Everything was modern, clean and comfortable - especially recommend booking this house if traveling in a small to medium-sized group. Locating the house was confusing initially as Google Maps/Waze led us down the wrong street (as there seemed to be 3 diff streets in that area w the same street name), but it didn't take long before we found the right house number - so no major inconvenience. We are so glad that the house had a cooler and beach/water equipment that we could use, came in very handy for activities we did. We were satisfied w amenities, especially kitchen & washer+dryer. Christine and her team are highly recommended. They were great hosts, excellent communication with prompt response time and transparent answers, always tried to be very helpful throughout our stay, with any questions that we had. Would 1000% book one of her properties to stay at again in the future!!

This place was awesome. Very communicative host and a beautiful home. It’s located in a new gated community and the home is so new that the address isn’t even on the GPS yet. (Which did make it confusing to find at first cuz the GPS took us a street over, but we figured it out). The house is located in Waianae, and while it’s a bit out of the way of Honolulu and the north shore, it’s a really quiet and safe area to stay in. There are nice beaches around there and beautiful sunsets. It’s clean, has nice furniture, and comfy beds. There were 7 of us staying, and we all had a great stay. We even were even able to have 4 cars stay at the house because there is a 2 car garage and 2 spots in the driveway. That isn’t really advertised, but if you have a larger group like us it is an option. Overall we were really satisfied with our stay and with the host.
