This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no-pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night.

To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!

The quiet hours start at 09:00 p.m.

Do not use towels to remove makeup or refrain from any activities that would stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Newer construction home with great views and nice neighborhood. Christine was easily reachable and answered my questions quickly. The only downside was it does take some time to reach the better parts of the island but the hiuse and neighborhood is great. I highly recommend.

The house was perfect with beautiful views every way you look host was very helpful with everything we needed hope to visit again

This home was perfect even better than I expected. It has all the amenities you would need from high chair, to pack and play to beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrellas, hammocks, cooking materials ect. House was super clean, host was very responsive. I highly recommend

My sons and I had an amazing time staying at this home. The house was updated and clean and there are some nice beach areas near the home that we don’t discover until the end of our trip. The community that the house is located in is private, friendly and quiet. I appreciate the beach towels and cleaning items that were there at the home for our use. Definitely would recommend this home to others.
