As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

We are delighted to offer a pet-friendly property! If you wish to bring your furry friends along, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. We look forward to welcoming both you and your pets. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests $50 per person, per night.

To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to purchase after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!

House Rules

Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction. 
Please check the guest count at the time of your reservation. 
Ask for approval, if you have visitors.  Group of visitors or parties are not allowed. 
All devices are to be ON at all times, if WIFI is disconnected by guests,  a team member will be sent to resolve, rate of $150/hr will be charged. 
Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval. 
Quiet hour starts at 10:00 p.m.
No smoking in the house. 
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.
Do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would stain them.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene / feminine products will clog the toilet.
