• Laundry & storage is located in the garage.  Garage is a shared space.  Housekeeping staff might access the garage during your stay. They will access the garage through the garage door and not through the private space of the house or backyard.
•Due to the strong wind in the area, the cowboy tub will not fill with water. Please inform us in advance if you need the additional service to fill the cowboy tub on the day of your arrival. (A $60 fee per tub refill).

As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 per person, per night.

All devices have to be on at all time, if WiFi disconnected by guests, we will send a team member to fix right way, and after-hours rate of $150 apply to guests

Absolutely LOVED our stay here! Would recommend to heat up the jacuzzi hours before using as it took a while to heat up and make sure it's on the right settings. Otherwise it was a perfect stay and I would love to stay here again.

Great location, easy access to the west gate of the park. Overall the house was good with lots of natural light and beautiful views. However, there are features of the house ( ie poorly functional kitchen layout) that indicate that it is used solely as an airbnb. The kitchen was pretty well stocked for cooking. The hot tub out back is a nice feature.

For a spur of the moment getaway with my family, this location offered the space, location, and amenities we all needed. A beautiful home with relaxing common areas, and enough space for us 4 to have our own sleeping areas. The home is a 10-minute drive to Joshua Tree park entrance, and equal distance to a nearby town for essential shopping. We had a couple of questions during our stay & they were quick to respond within 15 minutes with solutions.

This spot was great for our quick trip to the dessert with our group of six (two kids + four adults). The place had everything we needed and was spotless when we arrived. Everything was clearly labeled and the hosts were quick to respond when I had any questions regarding the property. Lot and yard were fun to explore and great location close to the national park!
