Gardening work on Wednesdays around 10am, twice a month.
Pool is not heated and pool lights are currently out of service. The pool can be only used during daytime. Maintenance every Monday morning.

Note: We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 06 guests $50 per person, per night.

To provide a more homely experience a $45 damage protection program is in place to secure after the booking is confirmed for enhanced protection and peace of mind allowing you to fully enjoy your visit without any concerns!

We have a strict no smoking policy. 

Do not disconnect any connected devices. When in doubt, ask for approval.

The quiet hours start at 10:00 p.m.

Do not use the towels to remove makeup or or refrain from any activity that would  stain them.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.

Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.

Great stay at Deborah's place! my family and I really enjoyed our stay. Easy to locate, everything was as described, any time I had a question Deborah's team was always responsive. My only suggestion or "complaint" is (especially during the hotter months) is air conditioning. It gets HOT upstairs which is where we all slept. You can adjust temperature downstairs for the house, but it only cools off downstairs. We waited the suggested time to cool off the whole house and it only ever got cooler downstairs. Which made for uncomfortable nights sleeping. That is the only thing I would say that threw us off other than that beautiful home the kids really enjoyed the pool, and the neighborhood was gorgeous! thanks Amber t

I enjoyed the massage chair the pool and the bed was very comfortable, but their housekeeping needs to do a better job of cleaning the house

Pros: Great location and value. The pool and massage chair were great. Local hiking trail nearby. The house is comfortable overall. Cons: The property management company is doing this owner a huge disservice. The automated messages are excessive, repetitive, and bothersome. The property needs a deep clean to remove cobwebs all over and mold from the washer and bathrooms. There is a camera pointing directly into the living room from the back porch through the glass door which is against Airbnb TOS and generally creepy. They messaged me in the middle of the night with a noise complaint flagged by their NoiseAware system with faulty readings of 100 decibels (that’s a train, jackhammer, or snowmobile). Then harassed me to explain why I think their system is alerting them. No apology for the harassment or inconvenience. To top it all off, they sent an automated message after my stay advertising their property management service for my properties.
